1. What we collect
- Account data — your email address and a hashed password.
- Content you submit — product facts, text, and images you upload for content generation, and the outputs we produce for you.
- Usage data — jobs, credit ledger entries, and generation events we record to run the Service and reconcile costs.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we store only a subscription reference, not your card details.
2. How we use it
To operate the pipeline (generate copy and images, host media, build your bundle), to manage your account and credits, to process payments, to send transactional email (verification, password reset), and to monitor and improve reliability.
3. Service providers
We share data with processors strictly to deliver the Service:
- AI generation (KIE) — receives your product facts and images to generate copy and cover images.
- Object storage (Cloudflare R2) — stores your uploads and generated assets and serves the public image URLs used by your CSV.
- Payments (Merchant of Record) — processes subscriptions and top-ups and handles tax.
- Email (Resend) — delivers transactional messages.
- Error monitoring — may receive technical diagnostics (not your content) to help us fix issues.
4. Cookies
We use a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your account and content while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us; we will remove it except where we must retain records (e.g. billing) by law.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed, transport is encrypted, and access to stored data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
