1. The service
BD WEB TEK SOCIAL COPILOT ("the Service", "we") turns product information you provide into social-media copy, generated cover images, rendered info-graphic slides, hosted image URLs, and a Publer-compatible scheduling CSV. The Service does not publish to social platforms on your behalf; you export and schedule the output yourself.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the Service for a lawful business purpose.
3. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of the product facts, text, and images you upload, and of the outputs generated for you. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the material you submit (including product photos and logos) and that your inputs and published outputs do not infringe third-party rights or violate any platform's rules.
Generated copy is produced from your inputs and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing — the two review gates exist for this reason.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to produce unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, to misrepresent product specifications, to impersonate others, or to circumvent platform compliance rules. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or the underlying providers.
5. Plans, credits, and billing
Subscriptions unlock features and grant monthly credits; credits meter generation actions. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and applicable taxes. Credits are consumed as you generate and are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions renew until canceled; canceling stops future renewals and downgrades you to Free.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta. Features, limits, and pricing may change. We rely on third-party providers (AI generation, storage, email, payments) and are not liable for their outages.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature survive will survive.
